Perhaps there is a method / reason for their "madness". Kind of struggling to ascertain what that could be, but maybe, just maybe it could be a blessing in disguise...?
Am I right in saying that it required 20-30M to materialise the asset? That would have been a consideration of the $. That is also a "saving" that needs to be factored in.
Has it just come down to a big misalignment of what shareholders perceived the value to be (i.e. fully developed and pumping shite load of gas) compared to what Management knew was the value (i.e. 'undeveloped' land that took a decent amount of capex to get it going)?
Just my thoughts.
