Lots of explorers have large potentially valuable permits that they monetise via farmout or an outright sale when the time is right and at a price that reflects the value of the assets .
Patience by management and shareholders is a key as is low cash burn with out top heavy management and corporate expenses .
Those expenses have gone sky high for CE1 since they acquired the Alberta assets
