Great move by the company again. When you look at everything surrounding this appointment, you can see the company is sticking with its long stated game plan of getting into production - either alone or as a free carried, operating JV - thus maximising SH value.

Antonino ("Little Tony", in Italian) is a big gun, no two ways about it. His creds are up there. In this regard, money talks and Little Tonys remuneration package, tells it all. Most of the money in the package is in share based payments. If, as many here have validly stated, KV alone gets us to an MC of $1.5B after the DFS, then LT gets a cool $2.5M in 2022. If the MC goes to $3B in 2023, he gets double that in 2023. And so on. This guy did not leave BHP to come here for chump change...he wants to hit it out of the ground...and to get him to come on board, the company had to convince him this was doable...and he agreed.
