My guess is:
I think we are going to do either a JV or brought out for KV by BHP. They are one of the biggest miners in the world, globally recognised and A1 operators. They want into the lithium space as now is as good as ever. TO has all the contacts, dealings, reputation etc to make this work.
The global space in minerals is changing, BHP like RIO will need to adapt and will be more aggressive in this space.
