I think it's bad news. Reads like a shark. I very much doubt the Cubans or DR would look too kindly on this type. As for Brian, I wonder how that relationship will go?
The bottom line is, where are we going to get the money needed to complete the infill drilling and revised MRE, as well as keep the lights on?
