Yes Pants KIK did not have to many options left ....99.9% my bet a reverse take over ...we had over 4000 share holders this number has dropped to about 3900 i believe they are trying in my opinion to squeeze out as many small holders as they can ..then announce a new Venture new partner and reverse takeover ...then we are off ...also they were getting offers from some other interested parties to form the same type of deal with KIK so this may be a very good deal....cheers IMO ...DYOR
