Get your facts correct before you insinuate sells of from top 20 members. Your spelling too might also need some checking.
Many UK holders have transferred stock to the UK and it shows up in the Citi Corp account No 2 on the top 20 list. Others have changed to several accounts so not to be on the top 20 list at all.
Not that it matters to me what you think but you are way off so please stick to the facts. I can confirm that you are incorrect on both your assumptions.
