It does seem like more than a coincidence that 6 names from the OSL top 20 also appear in the IXC top 20. All I can guess is that perhaps they know each other or share a common financial advisor / broker?
I'm intrigued as to how you stumbled upon this information and what your motivation is to investigate? You don't seem to be invested in either company.
