Yub, there is something wrong with your list.

So based on Fruitloop's list, there are approx 22,763,326 shares outside the top 20. Many of these would be "tightly held".

I have paid no regard to the sp since relist, none at all. This is because this is an illiquid stock. When positive news starts flowing, IMO we will have a better idea of what the shares are worth. ATM those shedding their exposure are getting far less favourable prices because it is an illiquid stock.
