    For an IPO, I love to see a tight capital structure like this, usually a good sign for a strong listing.

    80% of the stock is held by the top 20 shareholders, with a fair chunk of that stock escrowed for 2 years, so not much free float.

    Lets hope we see some good on market buying tomorrow, I am betting it should do well.
