    Agree, big red flag for me.

    In addition, I would not be putting my hard earned behind another Shannon run company. IMO, an extremely slow director that does not hit milestones, great at power point presentations and marketing spin but actually making progress as per timelines, good luck (please see Lindeon and Pathfinder as examples).
