Having a look at this stock for the first time. Looks interesting.
I read the prospectus and my only concern is that they do not appear to have heritage clearance. That's a problem for me.
Does anyone know if a heritage survey has been done? Typically it takes 4-8 weeks to get heritage clearance after a heritage survey. Sometimes much much longer if you are Rio Tinto iron ore miner....
