As a frustrated holder of LYN’s western neighbour, Mandrake Resources who share the same chair person (Patrick Burke) I hope history doesn’t repeat itself.
Burke shouldn’t be on the board of so many companies and in my humble opinion:
1. Doesn’t dedicate his time to Mandrake
2. Has very little ‘skin in the game’ - his interests aren’t aligned with shareholders
3. Is not proactive by communicating with shareholders such as providing a chair person’s address at AGM
4. Appears to be a serial board seat warmer of lifestyle companies.
I wish for both companies to have a dedicated, committed and active chair person who is focused on shareholder returns.
