Should be at least 1 more "becoming a substantial holder" notice, BTW they are much more interesting than the Top 20.

Not surprised it opened so well, Sixty Two with the usual followers and the hype on the bird.
~ it all makes interesting reading ~ the exiting directors (& term of office), all the links, acquisitions and vendors / vendor company shareholders, a lot of the "current" Top 20 took a position in the old "shell" AQJ, 8 of which became "substantial holders" post the initial consolidation of 1:200 (Mar 2018).
~ There was 20,000,000 "advisor" shares or "nominee of advisor shares" issued, of these 14,045,000 that can be accounted for from notices:

    (1) Sufian Amhad - 3,000,000 - nominee of advisor shares
    (2) Attollo Investments ~ Brendan De Kauwe - 1,912,500 - nominee of advisor shares - Ostana Capital - Kaai Capital
    (3) Buzz Capital - Zaakir Ismail - 2,337,500 - nominee of advisor shares ~ Ostana Capital
    (4) Bin Liu - 4,500,000 - nominee of advisor shares
    (5) AH Super - Arif / Hameedah Matthee - 2,295,000 - nominee of advisor shares
as per the Company information AGM (Mar 2018), the advisor was Ostana Capital also of note, Faldi Ismail was elected as a director (15th Mar 18), but never took office and was replaced by Michael Davy? (Davy Corp) 27th April 18, also elected as directors were:
    (1) Nicholas Young - Ostana Capital - Kaai Capital (2) Kyla Garic ~ a name starting to pop up frequently
~ as the company was not listed, unable to get information of the remaining advisor shares, all information was from "Substantial Holder" and "Change to Substantial Holder" Company announcements from AQJ.

Substantial holders of AQJ prior to the 1:10 consolidation & before being re-listed as VMM:
    (1) Sufian Ahmad ~ "Substantial Holder" VMM

    (2) Bilal Ahmad ~ "Substantial Holder" VMM

    (3) Ms Chunyan Niu ~ yetto announce "Becoming a Substantial Holder" for VMM
    (4) Brendan De Kauwe ~ Attollo Investments
    (5) Arif / Hameedah Matthee ~ AH Super Pty Ltd
    (6) Christopher Navarro - Sunset Tidal Pty Ltd
    (7) Bin Liu
    (8) Zaakir Ismail - Buzz Capital Pty Ltd

The links (eg: one of the Top 20 worked at Pitcher Partners who were the advisors with the winding up of AQJ) , ASX shells, the transferring of Companies through the acquisitions and the connections across multiple companies - tracing all this is going to be fun.
~ I did have a bit of a laugh at the Companies (Dig One, Hubble & Australian Prospecting) statement/s in their respective Annual Reports
    re: Ongoing Concern:
"The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is principally dependent on the following reasons:"
~ One of the significant shareholders have confirmed that they will not demand payment of the loans owed by / advanced to the Company as at 30th June 2021 of a total of $20,766 (Dig Ore)$30,122 (Hubble)$10,335 (Australian Prospecting) for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing financial report, or until such time the Company is able to make the payments.
~ As disclosed in Note 11, as part of the acquisition agreement, Viridis is planning a Public Offer subscription and upon completion of the Public Offer, the Company will become a 100% owned subsidiary of Viridis and will be fully funded by the funds raised in the Public Offer.
~ Its just one of those things, significant shareholders loan Companies money regularly, it is just in this instance the significant shareholders and the owners of the Company are the same people ....... rolleyes.png

Settlement of the AHD Acquisition is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the following conditions precedent:
    (e) Financial position:
Each of the AHD entities extinguishing all debts and liabilities (existing, contingent or otherwise) on or before the date that the last of the conditions precedent is satisfied. All sorted - from the financial statement (Prospectus)

Pre-IPO, raised $250,000 by issuance of 1,388,896 shares @$0.18c with 694,450 free attaching options.
Sufian & Bilal Ahmad, and the incoming / outgoing directors Davy, Garic, Pervez, Gerteisen took up $100,000 worth between them . . . . .
~ Sixty Two Capital haven't done to bad out of the Pre-IPO, IPO and listing with a total of $345,000 fees paid as lead manager and advisory services plus 3,000,000 new options.

~ A bit of a laugh (part 2) with the new Company secretary confirming "that he anticipates that he will have sufficient time to fulfill his respective role without constraint of other commitments."
~ Maybe this should be a normal declaration when appointing directors and KMP as some of the board have quite an array of other commitments. The Company's further stated (sorry, this made me laugh again) that they are aware of the need to have sufficient management to properly supervise its operations and the board will continually monitor the management roles in the Company, as the Company's exploration and development activities and overall operations require an increased level of involvement, the board will look to appoint additional management and/or consultants when and where appropriate.
~ (insert sarcastic smile here) Prior to VMM appointment: Pervez is CFO of 2 ASX listed companies and executive director of Clayton Capital Callaghan managing director / director of 2 ASX listed companies, consultant to Interminco services.
~ At least they are all sharing the same office (EQN/PF1/VMM) . . . . . . specially for Pervez and Callaghan

@abigail2012 My opinion only, maybe look a bit deeper (or not) than Sixty Two Capital being the stable master/s .....

    cheers
