I did a bit of detective work and a search on the ASIC Directory, and it turns out to be a subsidiary of Whitehaven Coal. The sole director is the CFO of Whitehaven Coal, and the single share in the company is held by Whitehaven Coal. With the current coal prices, they are printing money and must be trying to make some investments.
