Has anyone tried to compare this list against the Top 20 Shareholders list (30/11/22) on the SMN website? I am confused with the entries of names and units listed. The OP1 options were allotted on 6/4/22 and they were 1 for 2 for each new CDI we subscribed at that time and each new CDI we subscribed was 1 for 12 existing CDI held. So each OP1 unit is effectively 1 for 24 CDI held in March 2022. Looking at this Top OP1 list, how could some holders holds so many OP1s unless they subscribed for extra new CDIs during the raise at the time? Their names were never on the most recent Top 20 Shareholders lists. At the bottom of the list, it says 3898107 + 4332789 OP1 units. Using the 1 for 24 formula, it implies we have 8230896 x 24 = 197,541,504 CDIs on issue. Currently, we have about 130M CDIs on issue.
Has anyone tried to compare this list against the Top 20...
