What indicator are you using to get volatility? It's tough to value a company that's at the stage CLA is, so many different risk indicators and no 'steady' business to determine a benchmark to apply to it.
I'd only be using intrinsic value personally but the other side is, if you think that 4c is coming soon and that we're going higher, you can get a much greater position for less to capture the upside.
