You won't need to worry when entering at these prices on oppies, come expiry date if it's even near strike price you could sell the options for a significant profit and just re enter on heads at desired price..... you will find in some circumstances, options will most likely be executed regardless as it can create new support or drive a rerate...if it is near the execution price...

Also it's probably best to call your broker in regards to converting them; come closer to execution date as there can be a few ways to go about it.
