Can't answer either questions. You could ask management. My guess would be they would use contract miners. Negotiations are continuing so we were told. The contracts will be either delivery to the mill or at the minehead. In the latter case one could presume that the mill owners would pay for and construct the road. Conceivably the contracts could be signed before Christmas. I would imagine Laurence and Robert will be very hard bargainers, much to our benefit.
