IMO if I was Walker, i'd b pissed at Bell / RRR selling down / taking profit even before the announcement. You would think any sophisticated investor that was issued shares at a discounted rate that there would b a collaboration / mutual understanding that you couldn't sell until certain milestones/announcements had been made. With Red Rock getting out I can't see any value in Bell and his mining background being an asset to SRT in his role as a director.
