Have a read of the prospectus, the way i read it is that if section 4.2 isn't met within 4 months then the parties (parties unknown) who allegedly are trumping up this dosh get it all back and the shares are not allocated. Looking at the top 20 shareholders it doesn't appear that any new shares have been added to the registry.
