funny how when directors buy $10 worth of shares in most companies people are lining to get on board thinking that something big must be about to happen. MGT directors buy a monster amount of shares and somehow people think it's a dodgey company.
From being in HIO and seeing what underwriters can do to the share price by dumping shares at any price I'm super happy that the directors are the underwriters. They are more likely to hold onto their shares and put out a clear signal to shareholders that they are heading forwards good things.
Another bonus is that they have reduced costs dramatically for the cap raise. Show me a stock that has done a cap raise with less underwriters costs.
this cap raise is the management t working in shareholders best interests. I assume they looked for capital elsewhere and realised that they would be diluting the company too much by raising now. Once they have finished the DFS they will be raising money from the drivers seat.
maybe it won't pan out but to me, management has played the perfect long game. The now generation share traders are turning their noses up, but you will find this in every cap raise done.
    good times coming!!!
