below 5% you can sell as much as you like without disclosing. there is no rule at all requiring updates if youre a top 20 shareholder. naturally, if he sold 2.5mm shares and only has 14mm left, i would assume he continues selling if there is a bid to get out of more shares. i assume he sold a bunch more on friday (but given he is now below the threshold, we will never know unless he voluntarily discloses - but why would he).
