Rocket, I DO NOT believe that either China New Energy or Daelim will provide the funding for Stage 1 and 2.
If they haven't already , then who would?
Dealim and China New Energy have seats on the Board - It is possible that they have decided that NRZ is a dog. They are certainly not chasing a 19.9% stale.
I'm looking forward to the next pump.
