But first, lets address your previous point.
Daelim and China new energy have seats on the board....Do you honestly believe that if they thought it was a "dog" that they would remain there.

Next point, ....It is very difficult for Chinese enterprises to invest in foreign states ATM.
As for Daelim, I think they have already shown their commitment and intent to the project and continue to do so on a daily basis.

So, the question remains....Who would?
