I'm confused and if someone can help me understand it would be...

    I'm confused and if someone can help me understand it would be appreciated. The prospectus from the recent raise stated there would be ~2B shares on issue post completion (as per below). This also aligns with the ASX page for SRN saying the is about 1.96B SOI. But this document lists the top holder with 20,000,000 units (shares?) as holding 13% of the issued capital. The maths doesn't work as 13% of 2B is 260,000,000 shares... Can someone explain this to me?
