Oh Dear! What do terms in 2020 with Omni have to do with where the company is at right now? Nothing. The case was not on - the jurisdiction was being challenged, Ghana was running to the Ghanaian courts trying to stop the case and the evidence and experts quantum was not done. Hence the funding would be (very) expensive. Any comparison is meaningless. Again, you are intimating that something untoward happened without any basis whatsoever. You are fearmongering again. You are are simply trying to desperately paint positives as negatives - to what end? Is the fact that Directors are willing to support the company's aims a bad thing? What we do know about this company is that it has the ability to raise funds as required to see this case through.
As I said before - even based on your estimate of 30% fee, that could be AUD132M - get your calculator out and total the amount of raisings since 2020 about AUD5.5M so you can see that shareholders are potentially massively better off. The burn rate is about AUD1.1M per annum since 2020. Every share placed will potentially return a dividend much higher than its cost, instead of giving that cash to a funder.
The Top 20 and the Board have every choice to keep participating or not - the point Bugs makes is a valid one - their ongoing support shows strong confidence in the outcome.
