As for your comments about dilution versus litigation funding—while you’re entitled to your opinion, it’s worth pointing out that you (like the rest of us) wouldn’t be privileged to the full details of the discussions between Cassius and Omni back in 2020. So bringing it up as a definitive argument doesn’t really hold much weight unless you’re sitting at the table with them. The top 20 shareholders trust the judgement of the CMD board and so will I.Speculation without facts doesn’t help anyone. Let’s wait for the company to disclose what it can, when it can.
