Bricking, I share your frustration that a company under takeover by stealth is not getting buyer support.
You are a bit like my dear wife. I have to be prepared to repeat information many times. The majority of the boss's 37 million shares are in that pot. Up to you to consider who may have told me that.
In my opinion, the stealthy have 200 million shares plus, 85 million options. === 36% of shares.
Add to that Jim C, Jim M, , Dom, Laura, Pat, Vic and you have another 140 million shares
So if these people agree then it is basically a done deal.
