I hope the TIC guy's can leave their funds tied up in PACT?

As for the business turning around and profit going up, yes this should drive a normal share price, however smart investors normally do not buy into a stock that is controlled by one shareholder. Just remember mum and dad's will not buy into PACT and I am sure insto's will steer clear of it with the current Shareholder concentration.

Profits can improve and the funds can be used to pay down debt, therefore no dividend???

I'm wonder if watching this over the next 6 months is a good idea and if it's still under $1, buy some shares and put them up for sale up near $2.

If he were to do that and push the price up near $2, wouldn't he need to buy the remaining 10% up at the last trading price?

I think it would be a good idea to put large sell orders up near $2 in 6 months time and let him buy them.

Well that's my idea anyway. I'll be watching
