“Our money is stuck now” Just wondering what you were expecting the stock to do once the offer expired and the liquidity had completely dried up? If you didn’t sell into the offer you were either trading the stock and fell asleep at the wheel and missed your opportunity to sell at 0.84 or you thought the offer was undervalued and decided to hold. This is a long game, always was, we avoided CA, huge result for holdouts, now we have an opportunity to receive a fairer price.
“ No one wants it anymore” well we have two sides of the fence here, RG who wants it all and the majority of other holders believing a fairer price is warranted.
