Hi Eric, respectfully I disagree, and Ill tell you why.
There are people that research the stock, make a decision and commit, sometimes in a large position.
The person is not looking at the short term gyrations of this stock, they have a much longer view.
Here are some of the issues for this person. (Bearing in mind that this investor is positive and remains so.
- The position is not fully tradeable because the holding is too large.
- The person believes news in iminent, as such remains invested fully and additionally accumulates while waiting.
- The person generally takes a few large positions on what they believe to be winners, ignores mostly the rest of the market.
- The person is a buy and hold longer term stable accumulator, generally does not sell.
- The person has eye on the future price, not current price, This has its pitfalls because they sometimes go seriously negative (into the RED) but because of the eye on the horizon and not on the ball, they remain positive and sane, fundamentally.
- This person looks at charts, but is more fundamentally driven.
- This is a conviction driven investor with balls, he is not looking for peanuts.
Now having said this, I believe Bpharma is this type of investor, committed and conviction.
I am mostly like this as well.
By the way, far from perfect, very driven
I believe there are lessons from this person, you may not agree, However to put him on ignore says more about you than them. He is not abusive and is consistent. Knowing that, you can factor in his message.
We all have different trading plans, expectations and horizons.
I would rather listen to a balance of fully committed, and partially negative, as opposed skitsophrenic up and down with price gyration.
If a person buys into something, without stop-loss goes into the red and does not like the feeling and consequence, they should look to themselves as opposed the company that is working on putting one step in front of the other, ratcheting up the result.
I listen to all of you.
