I'm really excited about these guys. I had a chance to chat with Dan and he's a sharp guy. It sounds like their major hurdle for increasing sales and growth has been keeping product in stock. They would place as large of an order as they could, sell out in a few months, collect the revenue together to make the next order, and so on. With the funds from this listing they will be able to place a much larger order and keep all their third party resellers in stock. Also great to see that Amazon is also an investor.

I also like the business model of hardware + service. Dan said that the road to being profitable lies in the recurring revenue of the monthly service plan (which has a high profit margin).

So we have a complany with an established product, revenue already coming in, a large market, and the backing of Amazon. All good ingredients.
