@In4apenny , my take on it, is that there have been some big holders selling down on their holdings.
I know of one that was in the T20 but sold out in early March. There could of be some others as well, why I say this because there
has been a constant selling down over the few months.
My gut feeling is and I have stated this before in previous posts and that is we may be looking at another CR.
Big dollars are required to build phrase 1 for starters. this trading is very similar as before our last CR @ 0.18 cents.
Delays have left us open to all this fall from the 2 cents range
