All good. I guess the FA is important to EGR holders in that FID/funding/construction will not occur prior and the signing of this agreement represents a turning point in the politcal/legislative uncertainty that has stymied development for years. And no Croc, there is no resistance to the Tanz Gov 16% FCI (possibly back in 2017 Magafuli upheaval days) and Epanko is not a marginal operation.
As far as I'm aware Stirer, FA negotiations don't so much pertain to a discount on the 16% FCI but rather just sorting through all of the legal/technical terms of agreement - particularly complicated for those companies with proposed downstream processing operations. All on a much firmer footing now with SPR 2022 release. EV1 recently announced they have concluded FA negotiations and are now effectively waiting on the Tanz Gov to arrange a signing ceremony. All very political.
