I didn't say that the FA would guarantee finance. It merely opens the door to realistic discussion with financiers. Very risk averse, considering recent legislative uncertainty in Tanz, there is no way any project with significant CAPEX will attract funding without an FA. Tanz sovereign risk perception is still high.
Of course project economics will be key. Cue Croc commentary on Epanko. Plenty of companies updating project economic studies of late.
