Hi Towie. Yep, the shareholding will of course entitle the Tanz Gov to dividend payments, if and when that occurs.
The real obstacle is the signing of the Framework Agreement, which I assume would need to be sorted before WKT commences production. WKT are unique in that construction has commenced without it - attracting significant institutional funding without a signed FA is near impossible.
