It's a repeated myth on HC that institutions only invested the $20m.
The $20m raise was taken up by "professional and sophisticated investors". An insto may have taken up a paltry $1m for all we know (or nothing at all).
I'm a sophisticated investor - and I'm nothing special! The soph investors are likely under a nominee account in the Top 20, if present at all.
