My position and story in SGH is very similar. Scary!
OLV have raised at least 2 Mil when you combine the placement and minimum Director share, which with diminishing cash burn through contract wins should see them through the year and into a position when they are at least cash flow positive. And that is all they will get from the raise unless another BIG announcement comes and sparks the market to take interest.
And with only a further 2 Mil to work with they will need to adjust or streamline their spending for the next 12 months because another capital raise without more revenue would not go down well.
