I am only a small shareholder of about 70000 shares and I think I am entitled to purchase like 20000 across 2 accounts. 20000 *0.1 cent is $20. The difference in price is 0.1 cent.. the brokerage for purchase will exceed me buying my entitlement.. rather pump money into the company than an investor wanting to bail! Stuff the impatient investors.
