They don't have a choice. The pharma doesn't want to be identified because it doesn't want the other large pharmas to know what it's doing. Agreements with large pharmas are going to be PSD's main source of revenue, so they couldn't very well tell the pharma to go jump if it wasn't willing to disclose its identity.
I'm not really bothered by this. Does it really matter which pharma it is?
