Not sure how CSL toll-gate their projects but however they do it a review is required.
The risk-reward seems to be skewed to the risk side, surley the odds of failure would have been known before they undertook this large capital spend.
Classic get the bad news out today, the good news will be tomorrow.
Still needs to be a solid review on when to pull the plug once the risk of failure become to high.
