Thinking a little further about a possible takeover SE, I think it's worth taking another look at an older ANN re - AngloGold.

There's a couple of interesting points in this announcement.

    1) Anglo are willing to relinquish there slice of Chuscal for greater exposure across all of LCL's leases

    2) If Anglo excersise all their options and keep them - why wouldn't they - then they, like Dr Fu, have 10% + ownership of LCL

When JS talked about LCL needing a JV partner to help them develop from an explorer to a miner, I get the feeling he was talking about AGA. And why not? They know the area and, I'd imagine, they're pretty cashed up.

With a takeover of LCL possible, anyone willing to do this will have to deal with not only Dr Fu but also AGA as well. Together - if Anglo excersise all their options - they own over 20% of LCL. If the drill bits keep churning out good results, can't imagine AGA being to excited about letting this go - unless it's a darn good offer.

    Food for thought
