    The seller on Friday before TH was Citigroup (clients of Citigroup).

    As I messaged before, they've been selling since October after CR. Who knows the reason - some inside or just CR was a red flag for them.

    They sold 20m out of 31m shares holding. On Friday, they were probably just was in harry to sell at any price before TH.
