Elsmicko, I'd doubt royalties as not mentioned on the tarmoola announcment. They would be material.
Generally miners do not pay royalties to land holders, they often do pay compensation for loss of grazing land, damage etc. But not as a profit centre.
We only own the first few metres of out land, so most mining is actually on Crown land.
