    Hi Croc,

    the additional funds from the loan are for a Mineral Separation Plant, If GMA Garnet buys Tormin, they will fund the purchase, if they decide in 3 months time not to purchase Tormin, MRC will drawdown on the loan to complete the MSP and move into producing finished products.

    Its not that complicated to understand
