re: Ann: Toro Energy Announces Share Purchase... Hi mulac1. If you wanted to "look after" shareholders... would you offer them shares at 10.5c or 8c? I would have thought having stacks of resource and friendly stable govt would create a premium situation for a cornerstone investor....say 12c.
