re: Ann: Toro Signs $10M Equity Subscription ... this is a good step forward now just need 250 million more. but atleast its investing virginity has been broken. hopefully some more investors realise the uranium price wont stay down forever and when it does bounce back youll have to be quick to invest before it booms.
