How do you put a value in the demerged new co? The market decides the MC, however, there's no trading thus no price tag.
I reckon the demerge will come with a M&A for the uranium business. Let's say $0.8 a share and shareholders still hold shares in the demerged assets.
The SP is manipulated and suppressed for the takeover, to make the offer look like a bigger premium.
