Shaun Heinrichs is a director of Ring the Bell. He was the CFO of Veris Gold before it went into receivership. Pierre Besuchet was also on the board; he had been a director on the board of Lundin Mining and currently sits on the board of Valkyries Petroleum Corp along with Lukas Lundin. Shaun Heinrichs is also currently the CFO of Group Eleven where Alessandro Bitelli is a Director; Bitelli is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Lundin Group Inc.

THE TSX Venture Exchange fell 11.50 points to 819.19 Thursday. Chris Tate has filed a final prospectus to list his first capital pool shell, Ring the Bell Capital Corp. The shell is selling a $300,000 to $800,000 initial public offering at 10 cents, through Richardson GMP Ltd.
This is the CEO's first shell, he isn't a seasoned practitioner of these dark arts......this would appear to be a vehicle for the puppet-masters.
